NSUT West Campus was founded in 2007 and was formerly called Ch. BP Government Engineering College. You may find it in New Delhi. The college offers UG-level B.Tech degrees.

The University of Delhi is connected to the NSUT West Campus. Following Delhi Technological University (DTU), it is the only college in Delhi offering a B.Tech in environmental engineering.

• NSUT West Campus offers B.tech courses, with admission determined by JEE Main scores and JAC Delhi counseling.
• Candidates must have received at least a 55% in their major areas of mathematics, chemistry, and physics in their class 12 diploma.

B.Tech Admission 2023 at University

The university grants a B.Tech with 3 concentrations. Applicants for the B.Tech program must have earned at least a 55% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths during their HSC. Additionally, the candidate needs to have passed the qualifying exam with English as a subject of study (core, elective, or functional). The 10+2 certificate with PCM as a subject is the minimum requirement for entrance to eiher program. Admissions are determined by the JEE Main score card, which is then reviewed by JAC Delhi counseling.

• In accordance with university regulations, the management quota fills 10% of the seats in each course based on merit.
• Candidates from outside the Delhi region, or those who have completed the qualifying exam from any school or institute outside of Delhi, are allocated 15% of the seats.
• JEE Main results are used to allocate seats, while JAC Delhi provides additional counseling afterward.

University Application Process 2023

• Check out JAC's official webpage.
• Pay the registration and counseling fees online and register.
• Select a seat from the available options and type your preferences. No limit on the number of preferences added by candidates.
• It should be noted by candidates that they have the ability to rearrange, add, remove, and modify their selections up until the final counseling date.
• The distribution of seats will be determined by the availability and merit of each seat.
• Candidates must pick up their provisional admission letter and attend to the designated institute following seat assignment.
• There will be spot round counseling for the remaining open places.
• Candidates must pay an amount of Rs 10,000 in order to take part in the spot round JAC Delhi counselling.
• If there are still open seats following the spot round counseling, additional special counseling is conducted.

• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper costing Rs. 10/-to request provisional Admission in the event that the qualifying exam results are still pending.

Notice: The institution will use the merits of JEE Main Paper 1 and GATE for admissions rather than holding its own CET.

Scholarships for University

Various scholarships are available from the college:

Merit Scholarship: Students who receive 80% or higher on their previous exam will be awarded a merit scholarship. The college website has the application form available for the scholarship that is currently being offered.

Scholarship on Merit-Cum-Means: All students who receive 70% or higher on their academic record and have annual family/parental income of up to INR 2 lakh will be eligible for Merit-cum-Means Scholarships. Only if the claim is properly backed by an income certificate or affidavit that has been countersigned or issued by the relevant SDM office will the scholarship be awarded. The college also provides SC/ST/OBC Merit Scholarships, EWS (Economical Weaker Section), and SC/ST/Minorities. The college website has an application form that can be accessed to apply for any of these scholarships.

Reservation 2023 for University

Candidates from the Delhi Region, or those who have completed the qualifying exam from any school or institution in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, are eligible for 85% of the seats. These positions will be filled using the Delhi Region candidates' merit/rank list from the CETs.

Applicants who meet the basic qualifying requirements with a 5% relaxation in marks will be offered to those who belong to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, widows or wards of defense personnel, or individuals with disabilities.

For Kashmiri migrants, there will be one supernumerary seat set aside.
