In 2000, Medi-Caps University in Indore was founded. The Times Engineering Survey 2022 placed the university in Madhya Pradesh. According to i3RC Times Engineering, 2019 the institute was ranked #1 among Top Private Institute in Central India. The AICTE has granted University approval. 

More than 50 UG, graduate, and doctorate degree programs in engineering, computer science, management, pharmacy, agriculture, and other fields are available at University Indore. Fees of Courses

Full-time B.Tech and M.Tech courses in a range of specializations are available at University. Candidates must have passed their HSC in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths in order to be admitted to the B.Tech program. The JEE Main valid score will be used to determine the selection process.

Admission to M.Tech programs requires having BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. programs at an accredited university. The selection of applicants will be based on a verified GATE score.

Important points

Should there be vacant seats, admission to the B.Tech program will be based on the 10+2 merit system.
The aspirant must pay INR 5,000 in caution money in order to be admitted.

UG Admission: B.Pharm, BBA, B.Sc., B.Com., & BCA in 2024 at University

Undergraduate courses in BBA, BCA, B.Sc., and B.Com. are available at University. Applicants for undergraduate programs must have at least a 50% grade in their 12th exam.

2023 Online Admission Procedure at University

  Step 1: Medicaps Portal Registration Sign-in Page

• For University-2022 registration, use the New Registration page. There is no fees for registration
• Candidates must fill out their basic information and list the courses or programs they want to enroll in. Later on throughout the online application process, this can be modified based on the requirements.
• Upon successful registration, the candidate's email address will receive an application number and login information.
• Once an applicant has successfully logged in, they can modify their password.
• Before submitting, applicants must ensure that all the entered information is accurate.

Step 2: Fill out an online application

• Enter your username and password on the University sign-in page, then click "Submit."
• Put in personal information.
• Provide the specifics of educational history to satisfy the requirements for qualifying. To check the results online, candidates must fill the required information.
• Before applying, please confirm that the result are available to you. In case that your results have not been announced, select the check box that pops up.
• Next, provide the information about the entrance exam.
• Select your expertise, programs, and courses.
• The candidate may indicate their preference by selecting multiple options in a predetermined sequence.
• Photocopies of the required documents that have been self-attested must be uploaded.
• The candidate can proceed with payment once they have accepted the rules and guidelines.
• The amount of Rs. 1580/-must be paid via UPI or online payment gateways.
• It will produce a receipt for the above mentioned application form with all completed information, admissions guidelines, and application fee regulations.

Phase 3: Online Counseling (Seat Allocation on a Merit Basis) and Reporting

• The candidate can examine and print his or her allotment based on applied preferences and the university-decided cut off marks.
• The applicant can proceed with fee payments and other details after verifying allotment. It includes the university's cancelation and fee refund policies.
• The candidate may send their form to the following round if they are unhappy with their allocation. There is a 500 rupee re-counselling form charge.
• For the subsequent round of counseling, there will be no fees for the applicant with a nil allotment.
• The candidate might examine the reporting method now if they are ready to be admitted into the designated branches. Included are the specifics of document verification and paying the semester fee on campus by the designated deadlines.
• If the candidate does not appear for the designated term, the seats will be considered empty.

 Ph.D. Admission 2024 at University

Doctoral degree programs are offered by Medicaps University in a number of engineering, business, management, and science fields. A Master's degree or its equivalent in the relevant discipline with at least 55% of the possible points overall is the minimal requirement for admission.

The university will conduct interviews and a written exam to make the selection. Those who were short listed will be contacted for an interview phase.

• The admission exam will consist of 50% questions on research methodology and the remaining 50% on department-specific topics.

How to Apply Online:
Step 1: Sign up

1. When registering for the first time on the Admission portal 2024, the user should click the "New Registration" link.
2. The candidate will receive a verification email on the registered email address following successful registration.
3. The candidate will be sent to the University Portal Candidate profile account after clicking the verification link they received in the mail.
4. The application can be completed by the candidate through their account profile.

5. Following the completion of the application, the candidate must pay Rs. 1580 through Internet banking, debit card, or credit card.

6. The candidate will receive an application number after payment is completed, which they can use to contact you further.
7. Through his or her account profile, the candidate can download the application and acknowledgment receipt. 

Step 2: Course and Program Selection

Applying Offline to University in 2024

Students who visit the University campus with the required documentation can complete the offline application form.

Counseling Procedure 2024 at University

The institution will perform online counseling for admission. Applicants can view their allotment on the days of allotment, and all applicants will receive an SMS with information about selection and allotment. The following actions can be taken by the applicant using this option:

If the applicant is dissatisfied with their current allocation, they can submit their form for consideration in the subsequent round. In order to reappear in the following stage, candidates must pay a Re-Counselling Form Fee of Rs. 500 through UPI or online payment gateways. There won't be any fees for the candidate with a NIL allotment in the subsequent round of counseling.

Scholarship Details of University

The Medicaps University is offering the following scholarships:

• Government of India funding for minority students whose parents income less than INR 2.5 lakhs annually Merit plus equals scholarship.
• The Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Scholarship is awarded to individuals whose parents income less than INR 3 lakhs annually and who have achieved at least 80% of the possible points in the HSC in Agriculture, Science, Arts, or Humanities, respectively, placing them in the top 500, 2500, 1000, and 1000.
• Chancellor's Scholarship is available to SC/ST/OBC/Minority Candidates in accordance with government regulations.
  

MTech Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants for admission to M.Tech programs must hold a f-year bachelor's degree in the relevant field.

Selection Criteria for M.Tech 
Through the GATE/GPAT entrance exam, candidates are selected. The GAT-B Score is taken into consideration for admission to the M.Tech program in bioprocess technology, food biotechnology, or pharmaceutical biotechnology.

Steps to apply for M.Tech Admission

• Applicants should complete out the application form found on the official website if they want to apply for the M.Tech program.
• Admission to all master's specializations is determined by GATE, GPAT, and GAT-B scores.
• In order to be eligible for a Masters in Technology program, candidates must first pass the GAT-B.

M.Sc Admission 2024 at University

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc

• Candidates applying to any PG program must at least be bachelor's degree holders in the relevant field of study.
• Applicants must have acquired at least 66% in their cumulative GPA or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. Program

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, pharmacy, or any other specialty should be able to pursue a doctorate in any field.
• They must also have graduated from an accredited university with a minimum of 60% in their master's degree in the field in which they select to pursue a doctorate.
• Admission to PhD programs is determined on the results of the DBT, GATE, NET, CSIR, JRF, and GPAT ICT exams.
