The results of several national entrance tests that the university accepts are used to determine admission to NIT University for UG, graduate, diploma, and doctoral programs .One of the most popular courses at NIT Surat is the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. Admission 2024 for M.Sc at University

A 5-year Integrated M.Sc. program in 3 subjects—physics, chemistry, and mathematics—is available at University. Students who complete the program successfully will receive graduation and PG degrees, or B.Sc. and M.Sc., respectively.

Admissions 2024 for Ph.D. at University

Under 10 departments in the fields of engineering and science, University offers Ph.D. programs to Full-Time/Part-Time/Sponsored research scholars in addition to UG and PG programs. Admission to the program is granted based on results from national entrance exams like as GATE, UGC-NET, and JRF. A written exam and personal interview are then held by the relevant department.

Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. at University

• At least 50% overall (CGPA of 5.0) in a Master's degree in a relevant field of research is required of the candidate 
  
• Equivalent in the relevant engineering faculty (45% marks or CGPA 4.5 in the case of reserved candidates) 
• 55% in the case of other faculties (or 50% in the case of reserved candidates) is required for the Master's degree.

• The list of pre-registered courses would flash. To register for the semester, click submit.
• Save a copy of the same printout.
• Give both copies to the faculty advisor in person at the institute when you are admitted.
