Mahatma Gandhi University is a State University located in Nalgonda, Telangana. This prestigious university was established in 2007 and is approved by UGC. MGU, Nalgonda offers BE program in three disciplines at the UG level and offers M.Com, M.A, MCA, MBA, MSW and M.Sc course at the PG level. The university also offers Integrated MBA and M.Sc programs at the PG level and Ph.D courses at the Research level.

 The institute, a public type university with 240 acres of land, is certified by the NAAC with a "B" grade and offers a variety of facilities such a library, gym, seminar hall, dorms, etc. According to the NIRF ranking 2020, the university is rated 30th. 

• Candidates who wish to pursue B.Tech program from the university must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Maths from a recognized board.
• Admission to B.Tech will be granted based on a valid score obtained in JEE Main.
• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university in order to be considered for MBA and MCA programs.
• The score from the TSICET or KUCET will determine who is eligible for admission to the MBA and MCA programs.
• Applicants must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent in a relevant stream from an accredited board in order to be considered for admission to the Integrated BBA + MBA program and the Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc course.
• Based on the results of the TSICET or KUCET, admission to the Integrated BBA + MBA program and the Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. course will be granted.
• Students must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university in order to be admitted to the M.Com, M.A., MSW, and M.Sc programs.
• Admission to the M.Com, M.A., M.Sc., and MSW programs will be determined by the results of the PGECET or KUCET.
• To enroll in the institution's Ph.D. program, candidates must possess a Master's degree in the relevant areas, or an equivalent, from an accredited university.
• The university's interview will determine whether or not to grant admission to the Ph.D. program.

Admission 2023 for BE

Three subjects are offered as BE courses at the UG level by University.

In order to enroll in the BE program, students must have earned a Physics, Chemistry, Maths pass in Class 12 or its equivalent from an accredited board.

Admission will be given according to a legitimate JEE Main result.

Important Points:

• The JEE Main score will be the only criterion used for admission to the BE program.
• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or its equivalent with an aggregate of at least 75% marks (65% for those in the SC/ST Category) in order to apply for JEE Main.
• At the time of admission, a candidate must be at least 17 years old to apply for JEE Main.

Admission 2023 for MBA and MCA Admission 2023

University provides postgraduate MBA and MCA programs.

Candidates for admission to MBA and MCA programs must have completed a Bachelor of Science in a related field from an accredited university.

Admission will be granted according to the TSICET or KUCET score.

Admission 2023 for Integrated Programe

At the PG level, MGU, Nalgonda provides a 5-year Integrated BBA + MBA program as well as an Integrated B.Sc. + M.Sc. course.

To be considered for admission to the Integrated BBA + MBA and B.Sc + M.Sc courses, candidates must have completed Class 12th or its equivalent from an accredited board in a relevant discipline.

Admission will be given according to TSICET or KUCET score.

Admission 2023 for M.Com, M.A., MCA, MSW and M.Sc. Program

University offers M.Com, M.A. in two disciplines, MSW and M.Sc in 6 disciplines at the PG level. For M.Com, M.A., MSW and M.Sc courses, students must hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Admission will be granted based on candidate’s score in PGECET or KUCET.
