Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D.

• Candidates must have a master's degree from an accredited university with at least 60% (certain courses have no mark restrictions).
• Ph.D. specialisations in Chemistry, Economics, Bioscience, Management and Commerce, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science are open to male applicants.
• Ph.D. specialisations in English language and literature, physics, chemistry, management and commerce, and food and nutritional science are open to female applicants.
• Candidates ought to be single, during admission.
• Candidates must be below 23.

Selection Criteria for Ph.D. Program

• Selection process is determined by the scores you received on the common entrance exam and the voice exam.

Scholarships for University

The only fees to attend the institute is the application fee; there are no other fees.
A scholarship of INR 8,000 per month will be awarded to those who are accepted into the Ph.D. programme and have not been awarded any other fellowships or stipends.
Under the Sri Sathya Sai System of Integral Education plan, scholarships totalling INR 33,65,00,000 were awarded to 1334 students in 2018–19, with each student receiving an average of INR 21,000 per month. Even national scholarships are available for students to apply for.
