University B.Tech admissions in 2024 would be based on JEE Advanced exam scores, followed by JoSAA counselling. Furthermore, the projected CSE cutoff for university admission 2024 in the general category is 595. University also provides a B.Des program. Admission to this course is based on UCEED exam scores.

 University M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Des Admission 2024 is conducted by a variety of national-level entrance exams. For M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Des admission, the institute considers the following exams: GATE, IIT JAM, and CEED. University also provides doctoral-level entrance programs. The institute admits students to its PhD program after a written test and a personal interview. University Ph.D. applicants are also admitted with a valid GATE score.

Admission 2024 for M.Tech Program

Admissions 2024 for M.Des Program

University provides 2-year M.Des program at the PG level. This program focuses on the study and creative application of technologies and thinking to create effective technological experiences through interdisciplinary research in engineering, design, behavioral, and social sciences, as well as understanding the impact of technology on individuals, groups, and organizations.  Bachelor’s degre of 4 yearse quivalent in Designing/Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design with 55% minimum marks 

Selection:

Valid CEED score followed by counseling.

Admission 2024 for MBA Program

University School of Business offers a 2-year MBA program. The following are the qualifying and selection criteria for university MBA program:

Eligibility:

 Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks along with a valid CAT score

Selection:

Admission to the MBA program is done on the basis of a valid CAT score and performance in the interview. 

Admission 2024 for Dual Degree

Eligibility:

 At least 70% marks and a valid GATE score. Degree from IIT of 8.0 CPI or above are not required to have a GATE score

Admission is granted on the basis of a valid GATE score.

Admissions 2024 for Ph.D. Program

University provides a Ph.D. program in Regular, Sponsored, Part-time, and Self-financed formats in 24 specializations. Project staff at university can also apply for this program. The following are the university Ph.D. eligibility and selection criteria:

Eligibility:

 M.Tech or Master’s degree in Medical Sciences/Veterinary Sciences/Pharmacy with at least 6.5 or 60% marks or Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences or equivalent in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 6.0 or 60% of marks. 

Selection:

Candidates have to present their portfolio/projects on their research interests. Final selection will be done on the basis of the interview round.
