Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University (BNMU) is located in Madhepura, Bihar. It is a regional university established in 1992 that is well-known throughout the state for its high-quality teaching. To apply for BA, BCA, BBA, and B. Com programs, candidates must have completed their 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board. Candidates for the B.Sc., B.Tech., and MBBS programs must have completed 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology as subjects in Class XII, with at least 50%.

Admission is based on qualifying exam scores and/or an interview conducted by the university. The merit list will be created for all categories based on the applicants' 12th scores. Applicants will be called for the admission procedure based on the merit list.

Admissions 2024 for PG Courses

University provides PG degree programs in MA, M.Sc., M.Com, and B.Ed.

To be eligible for PG degree program, candidates must have a graduation/bachelor's degree in the relevant subject(s) obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% or equivalent CGPA from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. Candidates for the M.Sc. program must hold a Bachelor of Science degree.

To be admitted to B. Ed, candidates must have a BA, B. Sc., or B. Com from any accredited university with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA.

B. Ed admission is done through a state level counseling conducted by University on the basis of the state common entrance exam.

Application Procedure at University

University application process is completed offline. Candidates can get the prescribed application form from the official website. Candidates must submit completed application forms to the University campus/office, together with the processing fee and any other papers.

After submitting the form, candidates must wait for the merit list cum notice to determine whether or not they have been shortlisted for admission. The merit list will be posted on the university's official website.

• Candidates must complete out the Application Form and submit it with the requisite processing fees through cash or Demand Draft.
• The DD should be made out to "Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University" and payable in Madhepura.
• Candidates can also get the application pack from various bookstores after paying the application fee.
• To obtain the application form by post, candidates can send a request letter along with a Demand Draft.
• Completed applications must be sent to the University's offices within the time frame specified, along with the fee and any appropriate attachments.
