The Indira Gandhi Krishi Viswavidyalaya is a coeducational agricultural institute that was established in Raipur in 1987 by means of a State Legislature Act. It has recognition from the ICAR and is associated with the UGC. Through a variety of UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs, the university focusses on teaching knowledge about agriculture and related sciences and emphasises combining technology with traditional methods to enhance the socioeconomic conditions of the rural people.

University PG Admission 2023: M.Sc., M.Tech, MBA

The institution provides 5 comprehensive PG programs in various specialisations. Admissions are determined entirely by the University's IGKV-CET scores, which are held in reserve.

• The candidates should have finished their 4 years Bachelor’s degree in the respective subjects form any recognised college or University.
