Currently, university provides candidates with M.Sc, M.Tech, and Ph.D. degrees in 26 different fields. It holds different entrance exams for doctoral and PG programs. Admission to M.Sc. and M.Tech. programs is determined by a merit list derived from admission exams. Three steps make up the Ph.D. program admissions process: written exam, examination of academic record, and interview. The ultimate score will be the total of the three phases. The admission announcement is released by the institute both online through its website and in print media. Applicants may complete the online application form and submit it before the due date by submitting it along with all required documentation.

Candidates for M.Sc. and M.Tech. degree programs must have passed the qualifying test for a bachelor's degree. Candidates who wish to enrol in a Ph.D. program must have master's degree.
