Admissions 2024 for B.Tech Program

Admission to the B.Tech degree at IIIT Delhi is contingent upon achieving a certain score in both JEE Mains and JAC. Higher Secondary Examination qualified students would be eligible for admission. Based only on 12th scores, Delhi-based applicants with non-science backgrounds would be admitted to select B.Tech (ITSS) seats. • For the B.Tech program, there are 28 seats (CSD and ITSS) that must be filled through JAC and 22 seats that must be filled through UCEED.
  

Admission 2024 for M.Tech Program

At PG level, university provides an M.Tech program in a number of subjects. Admission requirements require at least 65% (55% for SC/ST categories) in M.Sc. or MCA or BE/B.Tech in the relevant discipline.

The M.Tech program admissions procedure consists of 3 stages:

Step 1: Candidates are ranked according to their final qualifying degree grades.

Admissions 2024 for Ph.D. Program

Applications for IIIT Delhi's Ph.D. programs are accepted from candidates who have completed their UG and graduate degrees from recognised universities. If Ph.D. candidate has only completed B.Tech before enrolling in the program, they may use an institute provision to switch to M.Tech. program.

• Applying for doctoral programs does not require a GATE score or PG degree.
• In the first year of their Ph.D. program, students will get an INR 27,000 stipend. This sum may reach $30,000 in the research program's later years.
