Admission 2024 to UG Program
The university provides UG courses such as B.Arch, BUD, B.Tech {Hons.}, and B.Des. Except for BUD and B.Des, 50% seats in other UG degrees are filled using ACPC rules established by the Gujarat government, and 50% using University rules. The minimum eligibility requirement is 12th.
For admission to B.Arch. and B.Des. programs, candidates must have valid NATA and UCEED score. Candidates for B.Tech {Hons.} must have JEE Main or GUJCET and BUD. The university also organises the CEPT Aptitude Test.

PG Courses 2024 at University
The university provides full-time M.Tech and M.Des programs in various fields at PG level. The M.Tech curriculum includes Student Exchange programs to enhance the learning experience. The minimum eligibility requirement is bachelor's degree. For M.Tech admission, students will be shortlisted based on the CEPT Entrance Test, followed by counselling. For M.Des, candidates must take both the CEPT Common Design Aptitude Test and the CEPT Subject-Specific Design Aptitude Test.
University also provides various M.Arch and M.Plan Master's programs. M.Plan is available in the following fields: urban planning, urban infrastructure, urban transportation, housing, and design. Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Urban Management can be combined with an M.Arch in Architecture, History Research, Conservation and Regeneration, Housing Design, Architectural Tectonics, or Landscape Architecture. Admissions are awarded based on Academic Score, Course Purpose, and recommendation, followed by an interview, as specified in each program's admission procedure. Admission 2024 M.Phil & Ph.D.
The university also provides M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees at the Doctorate level in Planning and Architecture. Admissions are normally handled in 2 cycles: Monsoon Semester and Spring Semester, which take place in July and January, respectively.
Admission is provided based on the CEPT Entrance Test, followed by an interview, though GATE or GRE certified individuals may also apply. The application form can be filled out online for fees INR 3500.
