Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU) is a public university in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. BAOU, founded in 1994, is UGC-approved and affiliated with COL, ICDE, AAOU, NCTE, and other organisations. The NAAC has also rated the university A++.
