Ganpat University UG, PG Admission 2024: Form Last Date,Fees, Eligibility

The university take admissions to students to conventional degree programmes through 11 faculties or departments. University's application form can be filled out online or purchased on campus. Ganpat University charges an application fee of INR 350 for UG and PG degrees. Students can apply for the Ph.D. Entrance Exam with a registration fee of INR 3,000.

• B.Tech admissions would be provided based on GUJCET/JEE Main scores, followed by ACPC counselling.
• Admission to the M.Tech program would be based on GATE scores and ACPC counselling conducted by the Gujarat government.
• ACPC Gujarat will administer admission to 75% seats, with the remaining 25% reserved for JEE Main - All India students.
• University (GNUDAT) conducts an entrance exam for B.Des applicants.
• Admission to M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs will be determined by an Entrance Exam, followed by an interview conducted by the university.

The university's eligibility conditions varies for different courses. For UG programs, the applicant must have completed Class XII in a relevant subject with an aggregate percentage of 45%- 50% marks. The minimal requirement for PG courses is a graduation degree with 50% . Furthermore, candidates who meet this requirement must apply on the university's official website for further selection, which may include entrance exams, personal interviews, counselling rounds, and so on, depending on the degree selected.

Admission Highlights of University 

Admission 2024 to B.Tech Program

The university provides 4-year B.Tech degree in which candidates are admitted based on their scores in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) or JEE Main. Candidates seeking for the B.Tech program must have completed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as obligatory courses. The annual fees for University B.Tech CSE is INR 1,27,800. The university fees INR 1,19,000 per year for all other branches, including Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th with Physics and Mathematics as obligatory subjects, as well as one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subjects.
• Obtained at least 45% (40% for candidates from the reserved category) in the above subjects combined. OR
• Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% for students belonging to restricted category).

Selection Criteria:

• Based on the GUJCET or JEE Main rank, followed by ACPC counselling. The university has allocated 25% seats for All India Category students depending on their performance in JEE Main. 

Admissions 2024 to M.Tech Program

The university provides M.Tech courses in various specialisations. To be eligible for admission to the M.Tech course, candidates must have completed B.Tech degree or equivalent with at least 50% marks. The annual fees for University M.Tech is INR 1,10,250. Some of the well-known M.Tech specialisations of University include computer engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and VLSI system and design.

Eligibility Criteria:

Obtain a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category)

Selection Criteria:

Based on a GATE score followed by ACPC counselling.

Admissions 2024 to MBA Program

The university provides an MBA in 14 specialisations. For MBA must first complete 3-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% overall. The annual fee for MBA is between INR 95,000 and INR 1,02,500, depending on the specialisation selected. The selection process will be based on ACPC counselling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Passed 3-year Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates from restricted categories) in qualifying examination.

Selection Criteria:

Admission is based on merit in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GUJCET followed by ACPC counselling. 

Admissions 2024 to B.Des/ B.Sc/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Arch/ B.Com

The university provides various UG courses, including B.Des, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Arch, and B.Com. Admission to B.Arch will be done through ACPC counselling based on the candidate's NATA score. Candidates enrolling for admission to B.Des must take University Design Aptitude Test (GNUDAT). All other courses are based on Class XII exam performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• For B.Des must have 12th  with minimum 45% (40% for those from the reserved category).
• Candidates for B.Sc courses must have passed 12th Science stream.
• Candidates who have passed the 12th exam in Science or General stream with English as one of the topics are eligible to enrol in the BBA (Hons.) program.
• For BCA admissions, the candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent examination in any stream with English as one of the subjects from a recognised board. Students who have completed t
• he Diploma in (Computer Engineering/Information Technology Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronic Engineering) with a minimum of 45% marks in the General category and 40% in the Reserved category are eligible for direct admission to the third semester of BCA.
• For B.Arch must complete the 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as obligatory courses, scoring 50% in the aggregate and 50% in each.
• To apply for B.Com, students must 12th, with English.

Selection Criteria:

• Admission to the MCA, M.Sc, MSW, and M.Com programs is based on merit.
• For M.Pharm must first pass the GPAT and then go through ACPC counselling. 

Admissions 2024 to Ph.D. Program

The university provides Ph.D. programs both online and offline. Candidates having master's degree and an overall GPA of 55% can apply for the course in their desired specialisation. The selection process will begin with merit-based Ph.D. entrance exam administered by the university, followed by an interview. The annual fee for University Ph.D. is INR 80,000.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have finished 2-year master's degree programs following a 3-year bachelor's degree programme with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have completed 1-year graduate program following 4-year bachelor's degree program with at least 75% overall are eligible to apply.
• Applicant wishing to conduct multidisciplinary research will also be evaluated.
  Candidates who have completed an M.Phil with at least 55% aggregate can apply for the Ph.D. program.

Note: For individuals in the SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other reserved categories, 5% reduction in marks from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent grade relaxation, may be permitted.

Selection Criteria :

Admission to the Ph.D. program will be awarded based on an entrance exam administered by the university, followed by an interview. The entrance exam is 2 hours long and takes place offline exclusively on University campus. There will be 2 components to the exam: Research Methodology and Subject Specific Questions.

Candidates who pass the entrance exam will be invited to personal interview by the university.

• Candidates who score at least 50% in the Entrance Test will be eligible for a Personal Interview.
• SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layers) Differently-abled candidates will be allowed 5% mark relaxation (from 50% to 45%). (Proof of Category is essential.)
• The exact schedule for the personal interview will be made accessible on the University website following the announcement of the entrance test results.

Admission Procedure 2024

• University provides both online and offline application process for all courses.
• Students will be admitted to one of the departments at Ganpat University.
• Admission will be based on the ranking in GUJCET/JEE Main for B.Tech courses, GATE for M.Tech courses, and GPAT for M.Pharm.
• Once the individual has obtained a valid score in the relevant admission exam,  must apply for ACPC counselling.
• Candidates must ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements and the authorised cutoff for admission to Ganpat University through ACPC.
• Participation in exams or counselling does not ensure admission to University Mehsana.
• Admission is cancelled if the requisite documentation are not submitted by the due date.
