Sumandeep Vidyapeeth UG, PG Admission 2024: Form Last Date,Fees, Eligibility

Sumandeep Vidyapeeth is private, deemed university in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, founded in 2007. The University now offers studies in the fields of medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy, nursing, pharmacy, and management. The University has multiple admission methods for different courses.

15% seats shall be filled from the NRI category, and remaining seats, 50% shall be filled by applicants belonging to the Jain Community, and the remaining 50% shall be filled from the open category.

Admission 2024 to MBBS Program

The institution provides the MBBS degree at the UG level for 5.5 years. The candidate must be 17 years old on or before December 31st, of the year of admission to the MBBS course.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for admission to the MBBS course.

Admission 2024 to BDS and MDS Program

The institution also provides Dental Science studies at both UG and PG levels. The BDS programme lasts 4 years, whereas the MDS programme takes 3 years.

For admission to the BDS program, candidates must take the NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Admission to the MDS programme is based on performance in the pre-qualifying exams.

Admission 2024 to  MD and MS Program

At PG level, the institution provides Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) programs invarious specialities. Each specialisation lasts 3 years. The overall seats available is determined on the kind of specialisations.

The National Board of Education (NBE) will conduct the NEET PG exams for eligible students. However, in order to satisfy the qualifying requirements, aspirants must have a Graduate Degree in MBBS.

Admission 2024 to Physiotherapy

The institution also provides UG and PG level courses in the discipline of physiotherapy to interested individuals. The BPT programme lasts 4 years, whereas the MPT programme lasts 2 years.

Admission to the BPT course would be made on the basis of a single merit list created individually for each category of seat from all candidates based on their AICET/Qualifying test scores. To be considered for admission, individuals must first satisfy the qualifying criteria.

Admission 2024 to MBA Program

The institution also provides a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Care for interested applicants. The MBA program lasts 2 years.

Admission to the MBA program is through the AIPGACET test. Candidates with MBBS/BDS/BPT/BAMS/BHMS or any other university-recognized degree are eligible for the AIPGACET. Candidates with valid CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP or any other recognised score are exempted from this entrance test.

Admission 2024 to B.Sc, M.Sc and Diploma Programs

Candidates interested in having a profession in nursing may register in nursing courses provided by the institution. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and Post Basic B.Sc programs are available at the UG level, lasting 4 and 2 years, respectively. The institution also provides Master of Science (M.Sc) and M.Sc Nursing programs with various specialisations. M.Sc and M.Sc Nursing programs have 3.5 and 2 year durations, respectively.

Nursing admission in both UG and graduate programs is based on pre-qualifying exams scores. Admission to the B.Sc. (N) and M.Sc. (N) courses will be made on the basis of a shared merit list created individually for each category of seat from all candidates based on their AICET/Qualifying test scores. To apply for admission, individuals must first fulfil the qualifying requirements.

Admission 2024 to DM and M.Ch Programs

The institution also provides 3-year super specialised courses such as Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch). Seats are depends on the nature of the specialisations.

Candidates are selected based on their scores in the last qualifying exams. The qualifying candidates are then needed to attend a personal interview conducted by the college. However, candidates must have completed and passed PG degree in the appropriate area.

Admissions 2024 to Pharmacy

The institution provides many Pharmacy courses at both the UG and graduate levels. The B.Pharm curriculum lasts 4 years, while the M.Pharm and Pharm.D courses last 2 years. The institution also provides a 5-year comprehensive Pharm.D curriculum.

Admission to B.Pharm / Pharm D. courses will be made on the basis of a single merit list created individually for each category of seat from all candidates based on their AICET/Qualifying test scores. In addition, the student requesting admission must fulfil other qualifying requirements established by the different legal organisations.

Admission 2024 to Ph.D. 

The institution provides various Doctoral courses across several specialisations. It also offers part-time Ph.D. courses to employed applicants who want to explore research careers. The full-time Ph.D. programme lasts 3-6 years, whereas the part-time Ph.D. curriculum lasts 4-6 years.

The university conducts an entrance exams for students interested in completing Ph.D.
