IEC University Baddi UG, PG Admission 2024: Form Last Date,Fees, Eligibility

IEC University was formed in 2012. It's located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. University provides  various UG, PG, and doctoral courses in various specialisations.
The maximum seats allowed for UG and graduate courses is 60. Doctoral courses have maximum 8 seats.

Admission 2024 to UG Program

The university offers BA, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, and B.Com as part of its UG curriculum. These courses accept applications both online and offline mode. 12th is must for apply .

Admission to universities is based on merit, followed by counselling.

Note:

• Candidates from Himachal Pradesh are given preferential treatment.
• Candidates from the SC/ST/Reserved categories will have 5% waiver in the eligibility condition.

Admission 2024 to UG Professional Courses : B.Tech, B.Arch, BPT, and BPH

University provides 7 professional courses with 5 specialisations in B.Tech. All courses accept applications both online and offline. To apply for the courses, must have 12th with minimum 45% marks.

B.Tech candidates must have a valid JEE Main / Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) rank. B.Arch candidates must obtain at least 40% on the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), while BPT students must take university-conducted admission test and interview.

Admission 2024 to MA and M.Sc Programs

Admission 2024 to PG Professional Courses: M.Tech, MBA, MCA

The university provides various PG professional degrees. All courses accept applications both online and offline. The minimum requirement for all courses is graduate degree in the appropriate discipline.

MBA admission is based on MAT / CMAT / CAT / XAT rank. GATE scores must be valid for M.Tech admission.

Admission 2024 to M.Phil & Ph.D. Program

The university provides doctorate programs such as M.Phil. and Ph.D. The minimum requirement is Master's degree in the appropriate field with at least 55% aggregate marks.

Ph.D. candidates are selected based on their results and scholarship grants received from CSIR/UGC/NET/SLET. The university entrance examination is used to select M.Phil candidates.

Note:

• Ph.D. and M.Phil courses have one and 4-5 seats, respectively, per department.
• Candidates possessing a valid score in CSIR, NET, JRF, SLET, or GATE are excluded from the admission test.

Application Procedure 2024

The application process for all courses at University is the same, and they are offered both online and offline. Students who apply online can submit the form and make payments using an RBI-approved payment channel on the university's official website.

In the offline option, candidates must download and submit application form to the university's academic offices. To make the payment, a demand draft of INR 500 in favour of "IEC University, Baddi" payable at New Delhi/Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
