Admission 2023 to UG Program: B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BBM

As part of its undergraduate program, Vidyapeetham provides full-time three-year B.Com, BCA, B.Sc., and BBM programs. A maximum of 60 seats per course have been authorised by the college.

At least 50% on the Pre-institution Course, Higher Secondary Course, or equivalent board test, or an equivalent recognised by the institution, is the prerequisite for registration in all courses.   • Although they must present their mark sheet during counselling, candidates who are taking the final test may also apply temporarily.
  • The management quota fills 15% seats, and all courses are eligible in the same way as the merit quota; however, the minimum score needed is 45% rather than 50%.

Full-time 2-year M.Sc., M.Com., M.Sc., MJMC, and MFA programs are available at university. Additionally, the college provides 3-year MCA curriculum. Candidates can also apply for MCA lateral-entry admission from the college.

All PG programs need at least 50% students to have bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum 60% in mathematics and statistics is required for entrance to the MCA program. Admission is determined by the candidate's performance in the personal interview, their score on university PG Entrance Exam, and their merit in the qualifying exam.

Minimum 60% in BCA/B.Sc. IT/CS is required for MCA Lateral Entry. Merit-based admission to the program is followed by university PG entrance exam and interview.

Application Procedure 2023

Both online and offline methods are available for students to submit their application for admission. Admissions notifications will be posted on the official website or through other advertising channels. On the Institute's official website, you may also download the application forms for each course. For every course, students can also apply straight online.

Steps to Apply Online:

  • Students must create an account on the Amrita Online Admissions Portal with a working email address to apply online.
  • The student can fill out the application page with all required information after successfully registering.
  • To continue, all required fields must be completed.
  • A soft copy of the student's signature and most recent passport-size photo should also be uploaded.
  • Once the application has been completed, a student portal will be created with the applicant's unique login ID and password.
  • The student and the Institute will be able to communicate through this portal.

Steps for Applying Offline:

  • Students have the option to apply offline for all courses.
  • The application form, together with the application fees, can be received from the Amrita Admission Cell upon request or on the Institute's website.
  • The student must complete the application in their own handwriting after obtaining it.
  • The applicant must sign the application, submit it personal or by mail to the relevant body, and include a current passport-size photo in the designated section.
  • Application fees of INR 350 for UG programs and INR 450 for graduate programs must be paid with the application as a demand draft made payable to "Amrita School of Arts and Science" in Mysore.
  • Applications must be filed separately for various programs.
