KLE University UG, PG Admission 2024: Form Last Date,Fees, Eligibility

One of the best universities in India for medical education, research, and healthcare services is KLE University. The epicenters of UG and graduate training are the Dr. Prabhakar Kore Charitable Hospital, which has 1000 beds, 3 primary health facilities, and one urban health center.

Fees of Courses

Admission 2024 to MBBS, BDS and BAMS Program 

University offers UG courses like MBBS, BDS and BAMS to the students who are ready to continue their profession in the field of medical science. Students are eligible for asking admission to these courses only if they obtained 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th. The minimum score needed for BAMS is only 50%.

Eligible students must take the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), a common entrance exam administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), to be admitted to MBBS and BDS programs. While the BDS program lasts 4 years and includes 1 year-long internship, the MBBS program lasts 4.5 years.

Admission to BAMS is only determined by merit. Candidates only have 12th or equivalent exam score of 50% or higher in physics, chemistry, and biology. Following this, they must take an entrance exam conducted by the university.

Admission 2024 to UG Programs

Students at the university may select from various courses in nursing, physiotherapy, and pharmacy. Based on their scores on the university's entrance exam, the KLEU-UGAIET (KLE University UG All India Entrance Test), the qualified applicants are selected.

Students must have studied and passed Physics and Chemistry as required courses in addition to Mathematics, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, and Electronics with an overall grade of 40% in 12th to be admitted to B.Pharm and Pharm.D programs. 4 and 6 years, respectively, are the durations.

Admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program (BPT) is open to those who received an overall PCB grade of 40% at the 12th for 4 years.

Admission to 4-year B.Sc. program is available to those who wish to pursue a career in nursing. Candidates may apply for admission if they have 12th grade of 45% in English, physics, chemistry, and biology. 40 students have registered in this course overall, and candidates who fall under the SC/ST category will have their eligibility requirements relaxed by 5%.

Admission 2024 to PG Program

University also offers PG courses to the students in the field of medical science. Admission to these courses is based on the score of entrance exam KLEU-PGAIET (KLE University PG All India Entrance Test), conducted by the university.

Wide range of medical courses are offered in the university like Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery for 3 yearsduration. For MDS, candidates should posses BDS degree with 50% of marks in the entrance exam of 3 years duration. 

Candidates are also offered courses like M.Pharm, MPT, M.Sc, DM and M.Ch whose duration period is 2 years, 3 years, 2 years and 3 years respectively.

Admission 2024 to UG /PG Courses

In addition to UG and graduate programs, University provides Allied UG/PG medical science courses.

Students are selected for related courses based on the scores they received on their qualifying exam. Each course has a different intake capacity and time period.

Admission 2024 to D.M / M.Ch / M.P.T / M.Pharm Program

Students who wish to pursue a profession in medicine may apply in the university's Master's degree. Every applicant is selected based on the scores they received on their qualifying exam.

The institution offers programs including M.Pharm and M.Sc. in pharmacy and nursing, respectively. It takes 2 years to complete these courses.

Candidates must pass their relevant qualifying exams to register in degree programs including MPT, DM, and M.Ch. There is no entrance exam needed. Each session lasts for 3 years.

Admission 2024 to Ph.D Program 

Additionally, students have the option to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program with various concentrations. After personal interview, eligible applicants are selected based on their performance on the university's entrance exam.

Full-time employment lasts for 2-3 years, while part-time employment lasts for 3-5 years.
