Eligibility Criteria:

For admission in UG B.E. program at University, candidates must have 12th Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or equivalent from CBSE or a recognized board. Minimum 45% marks for general category and 40% marks for reserved category is required. Additionally, candidates must pass the GUJCET exam conducted by the state education board.

Selection Criteria:

• The merit list for UG B.E. program will be generated by giving 60% weightage to 12th grade marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and 40% weightage to the candidate's GUJCET score.
• Candidates must register for counselling online at the official GUJCET website. After filling out the application form, fees INR 300 must be paid online.
• The exam will be conducted offline, lasting 120 minutes for physics and chemistry and 60 minutes for math. The questions will be multiple-choice, with a marking scheme of +1 for correct answers and -0.25 for incorrect answers. The total questions are 120.
• The exam syllabus will include themes in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Seats are granted according to the GUJCET cut-offs. Cutoffs are given in the form of opening and closing ranks by category for all branches.

Documents required:

• Scanned copy of academic transcripts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The minimum eligibility requirement for PG M.E program is B.E./B.Tech. Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for restricted categories) is required. Admission to the M.E. program requires GATE/PGCET score.
• There is no minimum or maximum age limit to take the exam.

Selection Criteria:

• Candidates must register online for GATE on the CCMT official website and provide the required details.
• After successfully completing the registration process, the candidate will receive an enrolment ID that will be used to fill out the registration form.
• The GATE paper will consist 65 questions, including both MCQs and numerical questions. The duration is 180 minutes. There are +1 and +2 marks for MCQs with 1 and 2 marks, as well as negative marking of 1/3 and 2/3, respectively
• The syllabus varies depending on the subject selected by the candidate, although the General Aptitude component is the same for everyone.

Documents required:

• Scanned copy of the degree certificate/provisional certificate equivalent to B.E/B.Tech accepted by the MHRD or AICTE.
• Scanned copy of the Category Certificate or PWD Certificate, as appropriate.
• Scan a passport-sized photograph of the candidate in JPEG format (480×640 to 240×320 pixels).
• Scanned signature images in JPEG format range from 160×560 to 80×280 pixels.

Applications are accepted through GOAPS' official website. Where the applicant must first register to generate a new registration with a single unique email address.

Documents Required:

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
• Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate.
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or masters have to submit the qualifying degree certificate.

Counseling:

M.Tech admissions are also processed through CCMT Counseling. Applicants apply online at the official website. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be GATE qualified and have B.E/B.Tech degree with CGPA of 6.5 (or 60%) for the general/unreserved category (55% for reserved).
• If the institution has not announced the final scores, a provisional certificate will be accepted. However, candidates must submit their final results within the specified time frame.
• GATE-qualified students will be given priority over those who apply based on their qualifying results from the previous exam.

Note: GATE qualifying students must apply through the CCMT's official website to be considered for counseling and admission.

Scholarships for Students:

• Scholarships of INR 25,000- 51,000 are provided to the top 10 students based on University Results.
• Scholarship of INR 12000, 18000, and 24000 is given to top the 3 students based on Institute results.
• Scholarship of INR 3000/- per month is offered to the students enrolled in Masters Degree (Communication System Engineering).
• Scholarship under “Integrating New India by Supporting Digital India” of INR 21,000/- per annum for the students enrolled in BE (Electronics and Communication Engineering).
