The University of Mysore (also known as Mysore University) admits students to UG, graduate, and doctorate programs. These courses are provided in Arts, Science & Technology, Business & Management, Education, and Law. Mysore University accepts applications both online and personal. The admissions process normally begins in May or June and lasts until October. Admissions to certain courses are available through the Unified University & College Management System (UUCMS). University also provides distance/online studies at UG and PG levels.

Admission to University's UG and PG programs is based on merit in the qualifying exam or State/National Level Entrance Exams such as KCET, KMAT, MAT, GATE, and so on. Application Procedure

Applications to University Admission to various courses can be done by following the steps below:

Application through the Official Website.

• Visit official website.
• Fill out the application form and upload all required documents.
• Pay the application fees using Net Banking/Credit or Debit Card. The application fee is INR 300 for UG programs and INR 400 for PG programs.
• Submit application form.
• Take a printout of the application form for future reference. 

Application through UUCMS

• Visit: uucms.karnataka.gov.in
• Select the Student option.
• Log in with the student’s username and password.
• Click on Admissions go to Create Application 
• Fill out the Application carefully.
• Submit the application form.
• Now you will have to visit the chosen college with the required documents for further admission process.
