Availability of Application form: Application forms for UG courses can be received by submitting an envelope to the University's Registrar through post. Application forms for PG courses, with the exception of MBA and MCA, can also be received by mailing an envelope to the University's Registrar. The application forms for MBA and MCA will be accessible on the university's official website.
Submit the application form: The filled-out UG Course Application Form, along with the required documents and application fees, shall be forwarded to Tumkur University's UG Department. Forms for PG courses other than MBA and MCA should be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Concerned PG Department at University. For MBA and MCA, Application form should be forwarded to Nodal Officer-Consortium for PGCET 2020, Rani Channamma University Vidya Sangam, PBNH - 4, Belagavi.
Application fees: INR 250 (INR 125 for SC/ST) for UG courses, INR 800 (INR 400 for SC/ST) for MBA/MCA, and INR 350 for PG courses other than MBA/MCA to be given to University's Finance Officer.

Library: The University's library houses a large collection of books. The university possesses around 41397 books and 36 periodicals, with an additional 7900+ e-journals.
Network Operation Centre: It offers network operation centers. The university campus contains 420 LAN terminals and 10 Wi-Fi devices. The university's current network is decentralized and uses various routers and firewalls.
Remote Sensing Centre: The institution plans to develop a remote sensing centre on campus in conjunction with ISRO. The university has cooperated with the Indian Space Research Organization to create a remote sensing center on campus. With the introduction of GIS and remote sensing, Centre University has entered the elite group of institutions boasting facilities.
Automated Weather Station: The automated weather station is the most recent kind in the state. It was established in 2010 as a project of ISRO. It is an agricultural-friendly venture that also addresses research and education needs.
