Within its 5 on-campus colleges, University provides 8 undergraduate courses, 11 postgraduate courses, and 2 research programs. Undergraduate students can select between a BA and a B.Tech. UG Admissions 2024 at University

University offers 3 years full time BA, B.Com, BBM and B.Sc courses under UG curriculum. The details are tabulated below:

Eligibility Criteria

• Before applying to any UG course, the applicant must have successfully finished their 12th from any recognised educational board.
• At least 50% overall in the 12th exams is required by the admissions committee in order to be considered for any specialisation.

Selection Criteria

• The only criterion used to choose students for any UG programme will be their 12th exam results.
• At the college level, the principal and college administration make the final decision.
• Following the announcement of the board examination results, the university releases a merit list of the selected students. 

Admission 2024 for B.Ed. Program

University offers interested applicants a one-year B.Ed. degree program. Every year, a small number of seats become available, and every applicant must pass a rigorous admission exam as part of the selection process.

Eligibility Criteria

• All candidates for the B.ED program must have passed the intermediate test administered by the Board of Intermediate Examinations, or any other board recognised for administering the 12th level exam in the nation.
• In order to be eligible for admission to the course, all applicants must take the state-level EdCET.
  

Selection Criteria

• The Andhra Pradesh government's "Education Common Entrance Test," a state-level entrance exam, forms the basis for admission to the B.Ed. program.
• To be selected for the course going forward, a student must achieve the minimal rank.
• The university fills open seats according to the reservation guidelines and the rank awarded in the EdCET. 

Admissions 2024 for B.P.Ed. Program

University provides interested students who have already finished a three-year degree program with a B.P.Ed. It enhances the student's future educational qualifications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applications for the B.P.Ed. course must be submitted by applicants who are at least 19 years old.
• The 3-year degree program must have been finished from any Andhra Pradesh institution or an equivalently accredited university.
• To be qualified for the selection process, all applicants must take the PECET, the state-level entrance exam. 

Selection Criteria

• The ranking attained in the state-level entrance exam known as the "Physical Education Common Entrance Test," or PECET, determines which candidates are accepted into the B.P.Ed program.
• The number of applications and the highest rank in the PECET for the current year are used to determine the final merit list.
• Based on the student's PECET score and the number of seats available in each category, seats at the university are filled.

Admissions 2024 for  B.Pharma Program

University offers a 4-degree program in pharmacy, with admission determined by results of both state and national entrance exams. To be admitted, students have to keep up with all of them.

Eligibility Criteria

• All candidates must have passed the 12th intermediate exam from an accredited board, with chemistry, physics, and mathematics listed as electives.
• For admission to the procedure, students need to take the EAMCET, the state entrance test.

• Students must first pass the state-level "Engineering, Agricultural Sciences and Medical Common Entrance Test," or EAMCET, in order to be admitted to the B.Pharma program.
• Based on their EAMCET score and the university's reservation policies, the final selection list of students is made public.

Admissions 2024 for B.Tech Program

B.Tech. is one of the popular UG courses of the university and every applicant has to sit for JEE Mains and Advance exam to be eligible for it. Once you have cleared the exam, following specializations are available for application.

Eligibility Criteria

• Each candidate must have passed their 12th course with at least a 50% overall in the yearly exams.
• Every applicant must pass the JEE Mains and Advance exams in addition to the requisite aggregate.
• Later on, the combined outcome of the JEE exam ranking and the 12th exam performance will be taken into account.
• In order to be admitted, all students must also take the EAMCET, the state entrance exam.

Selection Criteria

• Let's say that a student's admission will be determined by their JEE Mains performance, EAMCET rank, and results from their annual 12th exams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only applicants who hold a bachelor's degree in the relevant field will be taken into consideration for admission.
• To be eligible for admission, each applicant's bachelor's program must maintain an aggregate of 40%.
• Candidates must have received a 50% aggregate score in their B.Ed. to be eligible for the M.Ed.
• As long as SC/ST candidates have completed their corresponding degree programs successfully, they are eligible for admission. 

Selection Criteria

• Every year, the directorate of admissions administers the SKUCET exam, and applicants' scores are taken into consideration.
• The combined score from the SKUCET and a student's performance in the bachelor's program will determine their admittance to one of SKU's five colleges.
  Candidates are selected in the end depending on their SKUCET rank and degree program grades.

Admissions for M.Tech 2024

There are 3 specialisations listed by the curriculum directorate for M.Tech applicants. To be eligible for consideration for admission to the institution, all applicants must pass the GATE exam. The following specialisations are available for the student to apply for:

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must take the National Test Agency's GATE exam before submitting an M.Tech application.
• To be eligible for admission, all applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of a B.Tech degree.
• In order to be eligible for admission, students who have not taken the GATE exam must take the PGECET.

Selection Criteria

• The student is chosen for an M.Tech program based on his or her GATE exam results or position in the state-level Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test administered by the Andhra Pradesh government.
• Based on the rank received in the GATE or PGECET, 70% of the available seats are occupied.  
• 30 % of the seats are available for sponsored candidates, followed by meritorious students, whose selection is carried out in accordance with the rules set forth by the Andhra Pradesh government.

Admissions 2024 for MBA

Recently, University launched an MBA PG program, to which a large number of applicants have been accepted. To be considered for admission to the MBA program, candidates must take the Management Aptitude Test or the Common Aptitude Test.

Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to an MBA program, students must have completed their undergraduate degree in any field. Regular students must have completed 50% of the required study, while reserved categories must have completed 45%.
  CAT/MAT results will be taken into account in the admissions process as well.
• For university admissions, applicants may also apply through the state-level ICET exam.

Selection Criteria

• When selecting candidates, the results of the state-level "Integrated Common Entrance Test," or ICET, will be taken into account.
• The university's reservation policies, combined with the results of the UG degree and ICET, determine which candidates will be selected in the end. 

Admissions 2024 for M.Pharma

M.Pharma offered by University is an additional option for the post graduate students. The students are admitted on the basis of PG Common Entrance Test (PGCET) conducted by the university itself. The following specializations are available under M.Pharma:

• A B.Tech./BE or B.Pharma degree is required for admission to the M.Pharma program.

Selection Criteria

• The university's own PGECET results are the only factor used in the selection of the students.
• The final merit list of students is created by adding together the rank attained in the PGECET and the cumulative marks from the UG degree.

Eligibility criteria

• Every applicant for a Ph.D. or M.Phil. program must hold a postgraduate degree in their field of study.
• In order for the doctorate admission committee to consider a candidate, they must appear for SKURESCET.

• The candidates are selected based on their performance in the annual SKURCET exam.
• The student's score on the university entrance exam will determine whether or not they are selected.
