Fees of Courses

Admission 2024 Mysore B.Sc., B.Des., MBBS, B.Pharm. Program

Applicants for MBBS and BDS programs must have HSC with at least 50% in physics, chemistry, and biology. Candidates are also eligible for MBBS and BDS if they have the B.Sc. exam in at least 2 of the following subjects: physics, chemistry, and biology (botany, zoology). Passing the HSC with PCB as a subject is a prerequisite for admission to B.Sc., B.Sc. (Life Sciences), and B.Pharm programs.

The proportion of marks obtained in the qualifying exam determines the merit-based selection process for these courses. Admission to the B.Pharm program is determined by the institute's admission exam. Candidates are selected for MBBS and BDS programs based on their NEET UG scores.

• Important Details for Admission:
• There is 5% exemption in the eligibility requirements for SC/ST candidates.

Admission to MD, MS, and MDS in 2024

Candidates must also have achieved permanent registration with the State Medical Council and have finished a mandatory 1-year rotating internship in a teaching institution. Applicant must have BDS from an accredited institution to be eligible for MDS. NEET PG is used to select students for MD and MS programs.

Admission 2024 to PG Program

PG courses in various subjects, including the sciences, pharmacy, public health, philosophy, and health management, are available at university.

B.Sc. degree with at least one biological science subject, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT, B.Pharm, or any other professional graduate from an accredited institution is required for admission to M.Sc. programs. Applicant must have received at least 55% marks for admission to PG pharmacy program.

Bachelor's degree that lasts at least 3 years is required for entrance to the MBA program in hospital administration; the student must have at least 50% marks.

Admission 2024 to PG Diploma 

Additionally, the institute offers PG diplomas in life sciences, medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy. Candidates must have bachelor's degree in BDS to be admitted to PG diploma programs in MDS, while MBBS from an accredited university is required for PG diploma programs in MD.

Applicant must have HSC with physics, chemistry, biology, or mathematics in for admission to the D.Pharm program. A candidate may be admitted to the following PG Diploma program in Pharmacy if have B.Pharm degree exam with at least 50% marks.

NEET PG is used to select students for PG diploma programs.

Admission 2024 to Super Specialty and Certificate Programs 

Many medical specialities are available at the University in Mysore. It also provides many certificate programs. A applicant must have M.D., M.S., or its equivalent in the relevant field from a medical college approved by the Medical Council of India for admission to Super Speciality Degree programs. Candidates are admitted to certificate programs based on their HSC or ITI results.

Super Speciality courses that last 3 years. The Dental Mechatronics certificate program lasts 1 year, whereas the other certificate programs last 6 months.

Application Procedure 2024 

Candidates can obtain the application form directly from the college website for admission to various courses.

• Visit the official website of institute to complete the application form.
• Candidates have to scan and upload the latest photograph and signature as separate files in JPG format only.
• After this, pay the prescribed fees through credit card/debit card/internet banking.
• Candidates should take the printout of the application form and affix the original passport size photo to be produced during document verification at the time of entrance test/ counseling / admission process along with originals:

• PUC/HSC/ 10+2/Class XII mark sheet
• Mark Sheet of last exam passed
