Under the 2010 Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management Act, it was founded in the same year. Admission to Quantum University in 2024
Admission to Quantum University for 2024 is now open. To be eligible for a variety of scholarships, students can also apply for the Quantum Entrance cum Scholarship Exam (Q-Care). Exam Q-Care: Quantum Entrance/Scholarship 2024
Those who wish to go to Quantum University may also take the Q-Care Exam in 2024. The exam lasts for an hour, and students can select the time and day that works best for them. The exam is exclusively offered online. Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will make up the exam. The exam will consist of 100 questions in total. One mark will be given to candidates for the right response. Questions left unanswered will not be graded. Should a candidate submit one or more responses, the responses will be deemed inaccurate. The exam's syllabus will be comparable to that of Classes XI and XII.

Campus of Quantum University
Nestled in lush surroundings, Quantum University boasts a stunning campus situated in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. There are separate hostels for boys and girls at the institute. The institution holds sporting competitions similar to the Qualympics, in which on-campus students are split up into different houses and forced to compete against one another. An additional activity organized by the institute is Udaan, an annual intercollegiate competition in which teams from different universities participate with utmost fervor and energy. On the site are sports facilities for football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, cricket, lawn tennis, and fitness center. The cafeteria, Q-Cafe, is open daily and provides a selection of drinks and snacks in between meals. Every fifteen minutes, the menu is updated.

- Seminar Halls: With space for 150–170 students, the institute offers a number of seminar halls. Regular industrial engagements and guest lecturers take place mostly in the seminar halls.
- Library: The library is rich in materials in the topics of engineering, management, administration and linked areas. The library holds reports, standards, journals, periodicals, newsletters, and other materials pertinent to the industry.
