Admission in university

The institution offers different admissions for different courses. Students are admitted to most courses depending on their qualifying exam scores.

• With the exception of the B.Arch program, admission to all undergraduate courses is determined by merit.
• NATA/JEE Main exam results are used to determine admission to the BArch program.
• All postgraduate diploma programs have merit-based admissions.
• The final list of students chosen for admission is kept confidential until after the interview phase.

Placement at university

Although there are no direct job placements offered by the open university, SSPU Pune students are guided toward a two-month internship that is part of the curriculum at prestigious recruitment firms. The purpose of the internships is to introduce students to the workplace. During their internship, students get a great deal of knowledge that enhances their industrial abilities and prepares them for the workforce.
