Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai
With support of several companies, the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (ICT Mumbai), formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), was founded in 1933. The Indian government's Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) declared it a Deemed-to-be-University.The institute's grade was A++. The university is ranked 24th & 5th in engineering and pharmaceutical sector respectively in the NIRF Ranking 2024. The courses that the University offers have been approved by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
University provides M.Tech, B.Tech, and B.Pharm programs. Ph.D., M.Sc., M.Pharma, etc. Additionally, PG and integrated diploma programs are offered. The JEE Main or MHT-CET entrance exam results are the only factors used to determine a candidate's eligibility for admission to the B.Tech program.
In accordance with the NIRF Ranking 2024, 445 students were ranked. At ICT Mumbai, the median package for a B.Tech or M.Tech student is INR 8.0 LPA or INR 7.0, respectively. Additionally, the average package was INR 6 LPA, while the top package was INR 9 LPA.
