Magadh University, Gaya

Magadh institution is a government-owned public institution in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The university is UGC-approved and NAAC-accredited with a "C" rating. It is Bihar's largest university, with a 460-acre campus that includes 24 postgraduate departments and 44 constituent colleges. Apart from that, there are 175 University-affiliated colleges. University currently offers UG, graduate, doctoral, diploma, and vocational degree courses in a variety of subjects. University is recognized by the Directorate of distant Education (DDE) and offers distant education through its associated colleges.

University entrance to UG courses is based on performance in the qualifying exams. University PG admissions are based on a university-conducted entrance examination. Candidates seeking admission to the research level program must take the Pre-Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT). Final admissions are made based on the merit list issued by the university.

Results of University

University provides education through a semester-based curriculum. Each semester, the institution distributes the results for UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs, and students who appear for them can verify their results by visiting institution's official website. University does not offer scholarships or fee waivers to its students; nevertheless, students can apply for scholarships by enrolling with the Government of India's National Scholarship Portal. Deserving, meritorious, and poor students can receive financial benefits through that platform, which includes various Central Schemes and UGC/AICTE Schemes.
