National Law University, New Delhi

The institution Grants Commission (UGC) has recognised National Law University (NLU), Delhi, a state institution that was founded in 2008. It has been recognised with NAAC Grade A 3.6 and accepted by the Bar Council of India. NIRF 2024 ranks NLU as the second-best university in the law category.

Courses offered by universities, including Joint Masters/LLB, Ph.D., LLM, and BA LLB (Hons). Additionally, diploma and bridge courses are available to students in different specialisations. The university administers the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), and admission is granted on the basis of merit. Cutoff 2025 at University

The minimum score that applicants must obtain in the university's AILET in order to be admitted to the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programs is known as the Delhi Cutoff. AILET 2025 will be the NLU Delhi Cutoff when all categories have been completed. In Round 1, the BA LLB (Hons) General Category cutoff was 62, while the LLM cutoff was 35.

Facilities at University

The Indian capital of Delhi is home to National Law University, which provides its students with first-rate on-campus facilities. Among the facilities that the university provides are:

T.P.S. Chawla Library:    Located on the university campus, this 2-story structure houses the well-kept collection of 37,500 books, 180 active journal and newspaper subscriptions, and 250 CDs and DVDs. Additionally, the library has subscriptions to a number of national and international online databases, including Westlaw International, LexisNexis Academic, EHart books, and others.
Computer Centre:     University Campus features 50 state-of-the-art desktop computers with Microsoft operating systems and a wealth of optical devices. It is also Wi-Fi enabled. Additionally, the centre offers printing facility.  

Auditorium:    The AC theatre can accommodate 650 people and is furnished with the latest audio and visual equipment. Seminars, lectures, and cultural events take place there.
Digital Classroom: To provide students with a better learning environment, university classrooms are outfitted with digital podiums, LCD projectors, display screens, and Wi-Fi.
E-Moot Court Hall:    The university's moot court has 170 seats and is well-equipped with audio-visual tools to help students with their practice.
Hostel:     Separate dorms with basic facilities including air conditioning, a mess, and security are available for boys and girls. For both boys and girls, university Hostel Fee is INR 1.28 Lakhs to INR 6.4 Lakhs.
Mess:    In addition to providing a clean, separate mess for the boys' and girls' dorms, the institution also maintains a well-equipped central mess on campus for the use of students and staff.
Transportation:     Students can also take use of legal help programs, clinics, and transportation to and from campus and court visits.
Banks:    The university features an HDFC ATM in the cafeteria and UCO Bank, which is available for business from 1-2 pm on certain days of the week.
Sports Facility:     Basketball and volleyball courts are available at university. It is recommended that students make use of the well-equipped gym located in their individual residence halls.
