Admissions 2025 at University
All course admissions are determined exclusively by the college using the results of its entrance exam. This written exam will take one hour to complete. Following the exam, candidates will be invited to an interview, which will be done by the Research Advisory Committee for Ph.D. courses and the Joint Selection Committee for MA programs. Applicants wishing to enrol in MA programs must pass the written entrance exam and the interview with at least 50% marks. Candidates will be admitted based on merit, with consideration given to the number of seats available.

Scholarships for Students
Students with academic merit can apply for scholarships and fellowships offered by the Institute. It provides 8 merit scholarships per M.A. program, one of which is designated for students from the ST/SC group.
The selection criteria are determined by adding up the percentage of marks that each student received at the conclusion of the previous semester. The scholarship will only be awarded for a maximum of three semesters. Throughout the duration of the award, the winner must maintain 66.4% attendance.
Facilities at University
Library: The National Museum Institute has about 6,000 books on conservation, museum studies, and art history in its library. About 67,000 slides covering a broad range of topics, including architecture, illuminated manuscripts, painting, sculpture, printing, and decorative arts, are also available in the collection. New Generation Library Management Software has entirely automated it.
New Campus: The following facilities will be available at the new campus being constructed in Noida: an auditorium, a laboratory, a library, classrooms, an office complex, dormitories for boys and girls, a conference room, a guest house, etc.
