School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi

The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, is leading architectural institute founded in 1941. It is recognised as university with national relevance. The college is ranked 5th in the NIRF 2023 Architecture rankings. University collaborates with SPA Vijaywada, SPA Bhopal, and University of Delhi.

University offers B.Arch. and B.Plan at UG level, M.Arch., M.Plan., M.Des., and MBEM at the graduate level, as well as doctoral programs. Admission to the B.Arch and B.Plan programs is based on the JEE Main exam. The SPA Delhi JEE Mains Round 6 cutoff 2023 for the B.Arch and B.Plan programs remains between 138 and 330 for general category students. Admission to the PG courses at SPA Delhi is dependent on a GATE/CEED score. University also provides Ph.D. programs based on UGC NET scores.

The institute has yet to declare university placements for 2023. However, university placements in 2022 resulted in a median package of INR 6 LPA for UG degrees. Out of 304 registered students, 227 got placed. Students were recruited in the key disciplines of arts and design, education, community, and social services. • UG Admission: Admission to B.Arch. and B.Plan is dependent on the candidates' JEE Mains scores. Candidates who pass the exam will be invited for the counselling process.
• PG Admission: Candidates for PG courses are selected on the basis of merit. The institute will provide both written test and personal interview. A portfolio showing the candidate's work and experience will also be evaluated. GATE/CEED-qualified candidates would be favoured.
• Ph.D. Admission: Admission to the Ph.D. program requires a good score on the UGC-NET tests.
