O.P. Jindal Global University, sometimes known as JGU or simply OP Jindal, is placed among the top 3% and top 450 in the QS Asia league table. University has been named as India's top private university for the 3rd year in a row by QS World University Rankings, 2023. According to the QS World University Rankings by subject 2023, the Jindal Global Law School is India's number one law school and the only one in the country among the Global Top 100. University has also been granted with the designation of an Institute of Eminence by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Across its 12 schools, the university offers 30+ UG programs as well as 15+ PG and doctoral programs in fields like as law, business, international affairs, liberal arts, and humanities. Jindal Global Business School, one of O.P. Jindal Global University's 12 schools, has inked 11 new Memorandums of Understanding with top colleges in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom to improve international student mobility. Some new partner universities include the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), Florida State University, the University of St. Andrews, and the University of Queensland.  The institution is accepting applications from all 12 schools for its main Law and Management degree programs. Admission to BA (Hons.) Finance and Entrepreneurship, BBA (Hons.), B.Com (Hons.) Capital Markets, B.Des., MBA, and integrated BBA - MBA is done on the basis of scores acquired in the JSAT/SAT/ACT/ JEE-2/ NATA/NIFT/NID/UCEED PART A. The online admissions procedure for University's MBA program for the 2024 academic year is now open. The MBA admissions process consists 3 stages: application assessment, faculty interview, and declaration of interview results. Candidates with professional experience are preferred. The selection procedure for B. Com (Hons.)/B.A. (Hons.) Finance and Entrepreneurship/B.Com in Capital Market (NSE) is based on a personal statement, supplemental questions, 12th scores, a Faculty Interview, and a JSAT/SAT/ACT/UGAT/LSAT-India score. Selected applicants are required to pay the Refundable Registration Fee of INR. 50,000 to secure their seat.

The candidate's eligibility for admission to the university's B.A/BBA LL.B (Hons.) and B.Com LLB (Hons.) courses will be determined by their LSAT- India 2024 scores, which will be conducted twice (in January and May 2024). The LSAT-India 2023 test results are also recognised for admission to the 3-year BA Legal Studies, 3-year LLB, and 1-year LLM programs. Candidates who have not taken the exam must take the Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test (JSAT), which is conducted by Pearson VUE, JGU, for admission to University. Enrolment in the 3-year B.A. (Hons.) Legal Studies, 3-year LL.B., and 1-year LL.M. programs requires the applicant's JSAT results. The application fee for LLM, LLB, and Ph.D. programs is INR.

Selection Criteria:

  • For B.A. in Liberal Arts and Humanities, applicants must submit 1,000-word Personal Statement expressing why they want to study at university.
  • For Integrated Law courses max. age is 22 years.
