YMCA The University of Science and Technology (YMCA UST) is currently called J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology. University of Science and Technology (YMCA UST) was founded in 1969. The YMCA UST has been recognized by the University Grants Commission. It is located in Faridabad, Haryana. The YMCA UST has been approved by AICTE. It is accredited by the NAAC.

 YMCA UST is a cooperative effort between the National Council of YMCAs of India, the Government of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid in Bonn, Germany. It began as an Indo-German enterprise aimed at providing technical education to India on a German model. University provides various UG and PG programs. Admission to the courses is performed annually at YMCA UST.

The placement cell of YMCA UST strives to give its students with suitable work prospects and world-class training in top firms. Students receive industrial training for one semester, which allows them to gain hands-on experience. The institute finished its 2021 placement campaign, with total 464 students placed by reputable recruiters. Students received the highest CTC, INR 29.90 LPA. The most students were placed by Cognizant Technology Solutions Noida, followed by Tata Consultancy Services Gurgaon. Other recruiters are Amazon Bangalore, Chegg India Pvt Ltd Delhi, Escorts India Pvt Ltd Faridabad, ETA Engineering Pvt Ltd, EX2 Solutions Pvt Ltd Faridabad, and Griefo Proposal.
