Symbiosis International University (SIU) is a private university located in Pune, established in 2002. According to NIRF, 2022, university is placed 17th in the management category and 32nd in the university category. The university provides many programs at the graduate, PG, and diploma levels. In addition to standard classes, Symbiosis provides distance learning instruction. To register in the selected course, eligible students must apply for the entrance exam. The results of national level tests like JEE Main, GATE, and others are accepted by the university. Summary of the university's course-wise admissions process is provided in the table below:

• For admission to courses such as BA LL.B. and BBA LL.B., the university conducts the SLAT entrance exam.
• The university conducts SET at the university level for BBA, BCA, and BA programs.

Merit-Based Scholarships:   Merit-Based Scholarships are present and given to those who perform exceptionally well in their academics and there will be up to 20% to 50% concession in tuition fees.

Jayatee Deshmukh Scholarship: Jayatee Deshmukh Scholarship is given to girls under UG programs.

Sports-based scholarships are also available. Fees are reduced for students who have competed in intervarsity, national, international, or state tournaments, regardless of the sport.
