Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur
The Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Government of India, established Central Agricultural University (CAU) on January 26, 1993. The university's goal is to become a center of excellence for agricultural and related fields' teaching, research, and extension education.
- The Central Agricultural University Act 1992, approved by Parliament, established CAU, which is situated in Iroisemba, close to Imphal, Manipur. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), and the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE).

B.Tech Agriculture Engineering:

M.Tech Agriculture Engineering:
M.Tech Agriculture Engineering encompasses the application usage of the technologies developed in the field of agriculture. The course duration is of 2-years, including seminars, group discussions, and field training.
Ph.D. Agronomy:
It is 3-year doctoral level program, focused on fundamental usage of breeding, seed management, cropping systems, etc. The course provides an in-depth analysis of the agriculture sector, through on the job training modules.
