NIMS University Jaipur is a self-financed university in Rajasthan that was established in 2008. The University is recognized  by UGC . It is accredited by NAAC,  which is also recognized by AICTE, DCI, MCI, PCI, RNC, INC, BCI, and RPC.

It provides over 450 courses in fields such as Engineering & Technology, Management & Commerce, Computer Science & Engineering, Advanced Sciences, Medical, Allied Health Sciences, Fashion Design, Hotel Management, Mass & Media, and many more. For admission to the institute's many UG and graduate programs, candidates must take the NIMS Entrance Exam (NIMSEE). Admission is dependent on the scores obtained in previous qualifying tests and entrance exams.

Library:    The NIMS central library was established in 2008 . The university maintains well-stocked separate libraries for each of its colleges and faculties. These libraries have over 62166 books on various disciplines and a subscription to print copies of 288 national and international periodicals, in addition to access to a plethora of e-journals.

Hostel:      The University Hostel provides residential facilities for around 1000 students. Students have access to healthy food, AC, GYM, and other amenities. Strict rules are enforced to protect student safety.

Sports Facilities:     Indoor and outdoor sports are available to students for their general growth and enjoyment during their early years. The grounds for volleyball, basketball, football, and other sports are maintained.
